Terms and Conditions for Mesabi Top Tier Exteriors'

Community Care Cleaning Campaign

1. Promotion Overview: For every 10 paid jobs completed by Mesabi Top Tier Exteriors, one free exterior cleaning service will be provided to a person in need, as nominated by our paying customers.

2. Eligibility: Each paying customer who completes a job invoice is eligible to nominate one person or household for the free service. The nominated recipient must be a resident of Northern Minnesota within Mesabi Top Tier Exteriors service area.

3. Service Offered: The free service includes a standard exterior cleaning, such as roof and gutter cleaning, siding cleaning, or similar services provided by Mesabi Top Tier Exteriors.

4. Nomination Process: Customers must submit their nomination at the time of paying for their service. Mesabi Top Tier Exteriors reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the nominated recipients.

5. Redemption: Free services are scheduled based on availability and must be redeemed within 6 months of the issuance. The recipient must agree to the terms of service and scheduling policies of Mesabi Top Tier Exteriors.

6. Non-Transferable: The free service cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other services.

7. Validity: Mesabi Top Tier Exteriors reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions of the promotion are subject to change at the discretion of Mesabi Top Tier Exteriors.
